It features a king bed, huge walk-in closet, cozy living room and dining area with a dedicated desk + printer. You’ll find a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and a classic bath with a tub/shower combo. Step out back to your private patio and take advantage of the community pool. A well-rounded retreat that’s perfect for long stays or remote work, in a safe, private community.
Good to know
The parking spot is located immediately in front of the entrance to the condo. It's located on the first floors and is only one level. The condo consists of an open dining and living area, with a desk, chair & printer from those needing to work from home. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, as well as pantry space for all of your food items. It comes stocked with some coffee supplies and a few snacks. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, with grab bars for extra safety, a vanity with drawers, toilet, shelves, and a washer/dryer. There are plenty of towels, TP, and toiletries when you arrive. The bedroom has a king bed, side tables with lamps, and a chest of drawers, as well as a bench for convenience. The walk in closet is so large, that you could actually use it as an office or nursery. Broom, vacuum, and wet mop located in there as well. The back patio/balcony area has a table & 2 chairs for lounging, but is large enough to store bikes, etc. The condo comes stocked with plenty of coffee, snacks, cleaning products, etc to get you started with your stay.
Other Details to Note
-All guests will have to abide by HOA rules & will have to sign an agreement provided by the HOA. - Any pets must be registered with the HOA & are required to be up to date on all vaccinations. - Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. - No trash can be left outside of the condo. All trash must be placed in the dumpster near the entrance. - One numbered parking spot available for the condo. The HOA will immediately tow any vehicles that are parked in other assigned spots. - Guest parking is located at the front entrance, to the right, along the cement retaining wall. - A key will be provided for your individual mailbox. PLEASE call with any further questions so that we can make sure you're comfortable.

The condo is located inside of Three Fountains condos, which is tucked away in an established neighborhood off of South College Rd, near UL, Ochsner Lafayette General, Grocery stores, and more! It's a great location located in the city's center. It's a very quiet, safe community that is overseen by an HOA. The surrounding neighborhood is also great for walking and biking. It's 1.2 miles from Ochsner & an easy walk, and 1.6 miles from UL - a bike would be recommended for students or staff.
